10 things I did last year to be 15 pounds lighter to start the new year

 

                                                       

1.Slow-carb diet (intensely) for 1 month. Cut down, but not out, of carbs up to now.

2.Stopped eating breakfast. Fasting for at least 14 hours with only coffee in morning.

Processed with VSCOcam with c3 preset3.Coffee with butter and MCT oil with a dash of cinnamon

 4.Kept track of steps using iPhone. Averaged 10000 steps

  5.Exercised upper body 2 days a week. 20 minutes

     6.Body squats 3 days a week. 10 minutes

  1. 7.Took 10 minutes every day to stretch with yoga

                8.Weighed in every day

9.Stayed away from sweets 5 days a week.

pexels-photo-22743210. Daily Supplements: Probiotic, Multivitamin, Fish oil early morning. B12, Alpha Lipoic Acid late morning. Green Tea pill after lunch. Magnesium before bed.

I’m just a guy who gets paid by the hour and works most weeks 7 days. Down in the trenches like you.
