1.Slow-carb diet (intensely) for 1 month. Cut down, but not out, of carbs up to now.
2.Stopped eating breakfast. Fasting for at least 14 hours with only coffee in morning.
3.Coffee with butter and MCT oil with a dash of cinnamon
4.Kept track of steps using iPhone. Averaged 10000 steps
5.Exercised upper body 2 days a week. 20 minutes
6.Body squats 3 days a week. 10 minutes

7.Took 10 minutes every day to stretch with yoga
8.Weighed in every day
