My mission is to help truck drivers, factory workers, nurses, busy moms and all you nonstop go go go people, level up your lives. I’m not a fitness expert. I’m just a guy who gets paid by the hour and works most weeks 7 days. Down in the trenches like you. I’m always learning and studying the fastest and easiest ways to stay in shape physically and mentally. Working at this has been the way I roll for the last 25 years. This site is for busiest of busy people. I’m hoping together we can inspire and motivate each other to live a healthier life. All it takes is 20 minutes a day!!
