3:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2;00 a.m. A probiotic first thing in the morning.
2:15a.m. Drink butter coffee while driving to work.
I mix MCT oil with grass fed butter and a dash of cinnamon with my morning coffee. This kickstarts my day with quality fats and satisfies my morning appetite.
9:00 a.m. Green Smoothie after at least 12 hours fasting (except for butter coffee) (includes a night’s sleep)
My smoothie is my first meal of the day to load my body with essential nutrients.
