Working a 12-hour shift:

3:00 a.m. to 3 p.m.

2;00 a.m. A probiotic first thing in the morning. 

2:15a.m. Drink butter coffee while driving to work.

I mix MCT oil with grass fed butter and a dash of cinnamon with my morning coffee. This kickstarts my day with quality fats and satisfies my morning appetite. 

9:00 a.m. Green Smoothie after at least 12 hours fasting (except for butter coffee) (includes a night’s sleep)

My smoothie is my first meal of the day to load my body with essential nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bone Broth Protein
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Carrots
  • Banana
  • Frozen Fruit: Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries
  • Teaspoon MCT oil

I make the butter coffee and smoothie every morning with my Nutribullet mixer.

B12, Vitamin D, Alpha lipoic Acid in morning after smoothie

Green Tea pill after lunch

Magnesium, Krill oil, Garlic all before bed

My mission is to help truck drivers, factory workers, nurses, busy moms and all you nonstop go go go people, level up your lives. I’m not a fitness expert. I’m just a guy who gets paid by the hour and works most weeks 7 days. Down in the trenches like you. I’m always learning and studying the fastest and easiest ways to stay in shape physically and mentally. Working at this has been the way I roll for the last 25 years.
