Truckers Are Dying Too Young

Take 20 minutes today and learn how to live healthier

TRUCKERS AVERAGE LIFE IS 15 YEARS LESS THAN U.S. AVERAGE

This mission begins, with one of the most important jobs in  America, trucking. If you think about it when trucking stops, so does America. Truck drivers move 9.2 million tons of freight each year. That’s over 70% of all freight tonnage moved in America. The raw materials and goods moved by trucks every day keep the economy moving.

They help move America forward by being involved in almost every aspect of life.

But trucking is the unhealthiest profession in America. For obvious reasons, truckers are rarely in the same location more than a day or two.   Routines that keep other Americans healthy — hitting the gym, cooking at home, scheduling a doctor’s appointment — are nearly impossible. Driving the open road every day can be a long a tedious job. But the freedom and experiences far outweigh the downsides. I’m hoping to help you put your health as the number one priority, you’ll have more energy, feel better, and the joy of driving will increase ten fold.

Why am I concerned about truckers?

My line of work is not driving the trucks, it’s building the engines of those big rigs. These engines, I’m proud to say, will last over one million miles if they are taken care of. The sad thing is most truckers will put the importance of taking care of the engine ahead of taking care of themselves.

Working long hours in a factory, can have the same effect as far as putting off your own health. Actually working long hours at any job can lead to an unhealthy lifestyle if you let it. We can change that. Believe me, if you take 20 minutes a day and do these exercises I will be showing you, you’ll feel one hundred times better.

All it takes is 20 minutes. We will get the heart rate up, stretch the muscles, grow the muscles, and the best part of all lose the fat and keep it off. What I enjoy most about these quick workouts, is I can feel my metabolism burning hours after. I sleep better and wake up excited for a new day.

For truckers, new days usually consist of different locations. That is awesome. Together let’s set an example, let’s help each other and let’s change those ugly statistics about trucking being the unhealthiest profession.

Join me and tell all your buddies that a revolution is beginning to make trucking not only the most important job but the healthiest job.
